SEFFNER, Fla. (970 WFLA) - Nearly three months after a sinkhole swallowed a man and destroyed a home, two other condemned houses have been torn down.
Demolition crews have torn down the two houses on each side of 240 Faithway Drive in Seffner where a sinkhole opened and killed Jeffery Bush on February 28th. Bush's remains are still within that sinkhole.
On April 1st, the houses at 238 and 242 Faithway Drive were condemned because engineers determined the ground was still unstable under those properties. Those familes had 30 minutes to retrieve all valuables.
It's unclear what will become of those properties.
