Sarasota, Fla.-(970 WFLA)-Deputies say they have arrested a man who brought his six year-old son to a home on Dixie Avenue to buy drugs. Forty eight year-old Gregory Wagner is charged with Child Abuse and Possession of Cocaine.
Deputies say Wagner and his girlfriend were pulled over after they left the drug deal when they ran through a stop sign. Thirty two year-old Fallon Miller was driving when they were stopped, with Wagner in the passenger seat and the boy between them. Miller admitted to hiding a crack pipe under the child when they were pulled over.
Miller is charged with Possession of Cocaine, Tampering with Evidence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving While License is Suspended. The arrest is Miller's 22nd and Wagner's 17th.
The child has been placed in the custody of a family member.
