The Bay Area Celebrates Cinco de Mayo

TAMPA, FL. (970 WFLA) - The Bay Area celebrates Cinco de Mayo today at St. Petersburg's Vinoy Park at The Latin American Celebration from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Along with food, music, and salsa lessons, The Tampa Bay Rays Fun Zone will be there, as well the Tampa Bay Lightning's Rolling Thunder Exhibit. Rowdies players will be on hand, too. It's $13, free for kids under 12. And in Downtown Dunedin, a free fiesta will be held in front of Casa Tina Restaurant on Main Street. AAA urges celebrants to arrange for a safe ride home before they don their sombreros and down cerveza.
