Is What You're Eating Worth This Much Time In The Gym?!

Are these foods worth how much you have to do to work it off?? Yahoo.com put out a list of 12 different fast food and junk food favorites along with a workout you would have to do to make up for it. Check it out and you may not eat that burger:

Wendy's Chocolate Frosty: A medium-size Chocolate Frosty from Wendy's is 420   calories—about the same as an hour-long, quad-torching spin class.

Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream: Ben & Jerry's Phish Food premium ice cream packs 280   calories into each 1/2-cup serving. That's a little more than an hour's worth   of pumping iron. But who stops at a single serving? Eat the whole pint and do   about five hours of weight lifting (or almost two hours of bare-handed rock   climbing).

McDonalds Big Mac Meal: The Big Mac alone is 550 calories—the "sweat equivalent"   of running 5 miles, or about 25 laps around a standard football field. Order   the whole extra value meal? That will cost you 63 laps.
