Demi Lovato has reached the top 10 of the Billboard Social 50 chart for the first time in her career, thanks to the release of her video for "Heart Attack." The singer's name has appeared on the chart almost every week since it launched in December 2010 and finally cracked the top 10 in her 115th week there.
The chart is meant to rank the popularity of artists over a number of social networks and music streaming services. Following the debut of the "Heart Attack" video, which grabbed headlines for revealing a darker side to the fomer Disney star, Demi jumped from number 17 to number 8.
The video has accumulated more than 20-million views in about two weeks.
